WHAT GIVES WITH PREWITT RIDGE?

It was a stifling early July day in Los Angeles. I was wearing a covid-cotton face covering and was waiting in line on Abbot Kinney for some sort of over priced breakfast food.  I stepped out into the parklet for some air, just as my phone rang in my pocket. Our good friends at Nocs Provisions called with a proposition.  

Chris screamed across the airways, “I have an idea for another shoot!” I had worked with Chris McKleroy of Nocs Provisions before. A while back, I was on my way to Bali, Indonesia for work when he tossed me a pair of black Nocs for my trip. The binoculars had well surpassed anything I had had as a kid. These were dropping for the Varsity squad: fog proof, water proof, and fit snugly in my pocket. Trouncing around Indonesia, they were perfect. One image I shot in particular stood out to Chris. I had seen Nocs use the photo on IG & FB ad campaigns. “It’s about time for another killer adventure”, I thought to myself.

Prewitt Ridge rises 3,200 ft above the Pacific Coast Highway. You will enjoy some of the greatest dispersed camping, offering up indescribable views of the Big Sur coastline. California-King-sized pillows of clouds as far as the eye can see. We were able to score big views with an amazing crew of creatives and adventurers.
